I was warmly welcomed by Alice, who was so lovely and helpful throughout my stay at Genova Suite Art. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed, located right in the heart of the city center. I had no complaints whatsoever. Alice even went above and beyond by arranging a special Ossobucco dish for me from the nearby butcher. She truly knows the best restaurants in town. I will definitely be back to Genova and Genova Suite Art. Well done!

all the staff was very amiable, solved my issues. the room was good value for money and reasonably large with the bathtub behind the bed headboard, had a good night's sleep. extra facilities such as a microwave oven, an electric kettle and refrigerators were really useful.

genoa suite art was a delightful experience. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center with easy access to major landmarks and the beautiful port. the room was cozy and well-designed, making the most of the space. the host was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel's location is perfect - it's so close to the historic center, the old harbour, the train station, old town, and the Acquario di Genova. the room I stayed in was well decorated and brand-new, complete with a minimalist style and attention to authentic elements. The free hot chocolate and biscuits in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel was located near the main shopping district and had plenty of restaurants nearby. the room was quite spacious and had a great view of the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing me with useful tips for the best restaurants to dine in. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast served was delicious and I loved having access to the shared kitchen.

My Xmas stay was incredible! The location was spot on, really close to the tourist sites and near to restaurants and bars. The rooms were beyond comfortable, featuring modern amenities. Two awesome perks offered were the self-service breakfast with a variety of options to choose from and the free movies on how to find the parking. Plus, the owners were very friendly and informative, giving us tips on the best local spots to visit.

There was a slight issue of noise from the street outside, but it did not bother us much since we had ear plugs. , the furniture to store clothes was limited and it would have been nice to have a second pillow.
